Training with Mike is a well-rounded experience of exercise science, nutrition, learning to love your body for the gift that it is, and he is also just an incredible hype man.

Throughout the last decade I have worked with a variety of trainers to achieve an ideal 'swimsuit' body for various competitions. Although these trainers came highly recommended, I always felt like just another number and I could have Googled any of the workouts they gave me.

I really struggled transitioning into the real world, free from a competition setting, and felt a lot of shame around my regular body. Training with Mike has eased this transition and helped a lot of my anxieties about working with a trainer again.


He treats everyone like the unique individual that they are, focusing on what is truly best for them and their body. He has taught me exercises that I actually enjoy and helped me with the concept of working out to honor and love your body, not because you are ashamed of it or are punishing it. He also taught me new forms, techniques, and workouts that are best for my body that I never knew were possible before.
